My name is Colette Mahon. I’m a California employment law attorney.

I am passionate about helping clients vindicate injustices in their workplaces. It’s astonishing how many of my clients were employed by the same employer for many years, yet terminated illegally. They are thrust into turmoil and stripped of so much. You don’t get a retirement party when you’re fired and you don’t get any well wishes.

My passion for workers’ rights drives my work. I have fought vigorously for employees who have been victimized in their workplace by prosecuting their employers to the fullest extent of the law. I brought to each of these cases a passion to enforce fairness and ensure employers play by the rules.
